Another U.S. State of the Union Address Geo-Politicized to Protect
the Coalition’s Interests and Advance Stated Objectives

Just how trepidatious and tenacious the American constituent of the coalition has been is observed in using the President’s annual speech to a joint session of Congress as a geo-platform. The January 27, 2010 event was again a signal to the partnership the United States is fully committed to fixing Canada and containing China.
One year after a full-court-press began by an ever-increasingly large coalition against the Chinada High Command, President Obama’s predecessor delivered his Address. And then as now the malfeasant treated its defense of democracy, rule of law and human rights in Canada and around the world as insignificant – a pesky distraction from the business of advancing fiefdom-totalitarian commu-nazi genocidal racism. Here are a couple of excerpts from the chapter and an added piece of commentary.
What the United States Told Canada’s Three Sub-Factions
During the 2007 State of the Union Address

Canada’s rich, powerful and Chinese didn’t have to wait for this chapter to interpret what the Bush administration and the Democrats said to them during the State of the Union Address employing the diplomatic lexicon. They saw and heard nothing different than what they’ve been told since early 2006 by the coalition: democratization, Chinese eviction and quantum.
Not more than a couple sentences of President Bush’s January 23, 2007 speech was uttered before there was the first use of the lexicon. Vice-President Cheney, attired in justice, employed an aggressive Clooney Maneuver timed to what spoke volumes of the new relationship between the United States and Canada:
“Thank-you very much. And tonight, I have a high privilege [Cl.M.] and distinct honor…
Less than a minute later Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, in quantum, executes a ‘gun to the temple’ Richie-Santelli Maneuver to generate the first instance of coercive diplomacy timed to:
In his day, the late Congressman Thomas D'Alesandro, Jr. from Baltimore, Maryland, saw Presidents Roosevelt and Truman at this rostrum. But nothing could compare with the sight of his only daughter, Nancy, presiding tonight as Speaker of the House of Representatives.

If there was any doubt that the Whitehouse intends on purging Canada’s ruling elite and sending the Chinese packin’ were dispelled during the speech. The Vice-President executed an aggressive quasi-Clooney Maneuver timed to “clear them out” in the following sentence:
[W]e're sending an additional 4,000 United States Marines, with orders to find the terrorists and clear them out.

On behalf of the coalition the V.P. confirmed that the Canadian lawyer is going to be put in possession of his quantum when he gestured with a Clooney Maneuver timed to the phrase “eliminating poverty”:
And let us continue to support the expanded trade and debt relief that are the best hope for lifting lives and [Cl.M.] eliminating poverty.
In the portion of the speech about the war on terror, President Bush employs the Fiefdom treatise discourse on the Chinada threat, using a word that stands out as inapplicable in the context of radical Islamist fundamentalism but is right at home when viewed through the interpretive prism of Chinada’s rule of Canada and its Soviet-style imperialism:
By killing and terrorizing Americans, they want to force our country to retreat from the world and abandon the cause of liberty. They would then be free to impose their will and spread their totalitarian ideology.
Two years later with a global coalition both involved and watching, President Obama’s Address was carefully authored and choreographed to be aggressively geo-politicized. There were two cameras in the House of Representatives. One was operated by C-SPAN and the other by national broadcasters. Combining both produces the following documentation.
It was immediately evident what the geo-theme of the event was: justice and Canadian prison certainty. The chamber was saturated with the former: Vice-President Joe Biden, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, First Lady Michelle Obama and one of her guests; and the U.S. leader put the latter front-and-center throughout the course of the Address.

The First Lady was surrounded with the color constituent of the lexicon: condemnation, prison certainty and Presidential quantum:
Additionally the audience was peppered with the colors of China:


At 2:09 of the January 27th Address, the geo-politics continues with the following to accentuate the fact that Canada’s status quo is about to crumble; the communiqué added right at the outset because of the bragging that was done about turning the Winter Games into the Evil-ympics (1, 2, 3), which proved the May 2006 use of ‘666’ and government telephone prefixes weren’t coincidences and isolated circumstances – that in fact Canada’s political, corporate and administration of justice culture embraces all that is wicked in human nature. The very first gesture of the event: a Clooney Maneuver:
One year ago, I took office amid two wars, an economy rocked by severe recession, a financial system on the [2:09: Pelosi: Cl.M.] verge of collapse…

The Vice-President executes a Gutierrez Maneuver to this statement, as it encapsulates what the Chinada threat and its Pandora’s Box represent.
[4:27: V-P: G.M.] So we face big and difficult challenges.
The Speaker executes a Diaz Maneuver to this remark to send a message to the Chinada High Command the coalition and its American partner fully plan on breaking them – popping that ego bubble that sustains their community of evil worshippers.
Despite our hardships, our union is strong. We do not give up. We do not quit. We do not allow fear or division to break our spirit [6:31: Pelosi: D.M.].
The Vice-President executes a very loud and lengthy Letterman Maneuver here to underscore what the coalition thinks of its nemesis:
Our most urgent task upon taking office was to shore up the same banks that helped cause this crisis. It was not easy to do. And if there's one thing that has unified Democrats and Republicans, it's that we all hated the bank bailout. [7:26: V-P: L.M.] I hated it. You hated it. It was about as popular as a root canal.

The Speaker underscores the purge and impoverishment of objective attainment – that the Chinada loyal will have their employment terminated and appointments revoked.
Talk to the single teacher raising two kids who was told by her principal in the last week of school that because of the Recovery Act [12:50: Pelosi: D.M.] she wouldn't be laid off after all.
The Vice-President’s Branson Maneuver red flags the morphing of the Chinada threat – choosing this part of the speech to emphasize that insidious evolution because there’s a reference to the Beijing leadership in the closest of proximity.
You see, Washington has been telling us to wait for decades, even as the problems have grown worse. [20:25: V-P: B.M.] Meanwhile, China's not waiting to revamp its economy; Germany's not waiting; India's not waiting. These nations aren't standing still. These nations aren't playing for second place. They're putting more emphasis on math and science. They're rebuilding their infrastructure. They are making serious investments in clean energy because they want those jobs.
The coalition’s intention to ensure Canada’s economy is vibrant is next. And on its heels the issue of the trillion dollar trust account being made available to the Custodian-in-Council, with oil sands as collateral.
One place to start is serious financial reform. Look, I am not interested in punishing banks, I'm interested in protecting our economy. A strong, [21:56: V-P: Erin M.] healthy financial market makes it possible for businesses to [V-P: Sarkozy M.] access credit and create new jobs. It channels the savings of families into investments that raise incomes. But that can only happen if we guard against the same recklessness that nearly brought down our entire economy.


The Speaker again engages in coercive diplomacy, effecting an Erin Maneuver here:
Next, we need to encourage American innovation. Last year, we made the largest investment in basic research funding in history -- an investment that could lead to the world's cheapest solar cells or treatment that kills cancer cells but leaves healthy ones untouched [23:32 : Pelosi: D.M.].
The Vice-President executes a very loud and protracted Close Maneuver here to again underscore the necessity of arranging the trillion dollar trust account:
It means making tough decisions about opening new offshore areas for oil and gas development. [24:40: V-P: C.M.] It means continued investment in advanced biofuels…
The Vice-President executes a Soledad Maneuver to convey the coalition’s appreciation to the Custodian Chief for what he’s has done to move the agenda forward:
[25:15: V-P: S.M.] I am grateful to the House for passing such a bill last year. This year, I am eager to help advance the bipartisan effort in the Senate.



Moments later the House Speaker employs a similar gesture, the Cowell Maneuver, to underscore the fact that while coalition economies are suffering as a result of the global financial crisis, it is nonetheless imperative investments be made to ensure a world that is increasingly democratic, governed by the rule of law and where human rights are given more than lip service.
I know there have been questions about whether we can afford such changes in a tough economy…


Moments later both created lexiconic red flags to highlight the proliferation of Chinada’s Pandora’s Box, including stealth cognition technologies.
To help meet this goal, we're launching [27:07: Pelosi: dbl-h D.M.] a national export initiative that will help farmers and small businesses [27:12: V-P: George W. M.] increase their exports and reform export controls consistent with national security.


A one-after-the-other gesture, Russell and Soledad Maneuvers, were used to make it unequivocally clear that treaties and ratified conventions will be enforced, like Article 7 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, and the conventions on enslavement and torture. And immediately thereafter another embellished Letterman Maneuver, followed by a combination Stewart-Paulson Maneuver, reminds the Chinada malfeasant, who have a twisted view of capitalism, that the coalition fully intends on “shap[ing] the world economy based on free market principles.
We have to seek new markets aggressively, just as our competitors are. If America sits on the sidelines while other nations sign trade deals, we will lose the chance to create jobs on our shores. But realizing those benefits also means [27:51: R.M., S.M.] enforcing those agreements so our trading partners play by the rules. And that's why we will [V-P: L.M., St-P.M.] continue to shape a Doha trade agreement that opens global markets, and why we will strengthen our trade relations in Asia and with key partners like South Korea, Panama and Colombia...





The Vice-President engages in coercive diplomacy, in this instance insisting that lethal military force and the ‘Iron Fist’ death penalty continue to be on the table, he executes a ‘gun to the temple’ Richie-Santelli Maneuver to:
Now let's clear a few things up. [32:58: V-P: R-S M.] [33:04: Pelosi: dbl-h D.M.] I did not choose to tackle this issue to get some legislative victory under my belt.


The Speaker’s gesture that follows tag-teams with the Vice-President and straddles his coercive diplomacy with the next point, which also is tag-teamed with the Vice-President’s Pacino Maneuver and Preston Maneuver; to articulate how tackling the Chinada threat isn’t good politics, it’s an absolute necessity to ensure America continues enjoying its liberties and way of life and the world is conducive to that; followed by the communiqué that the Custodian Chief’s twenty plus year predicament and other experiences of Canadians who’ve fallen victim to Canada’s Lucifer-worshipping paradigm of governance is what in part drives the coalition to achieve stated objectives.
And by now it should be fairly obvious that I didn't take on health care because it was good politics. [33:15: V-P: P.M. X5] I took on health care because of the stories I've heard [33:22: V-P: P.M.]…

It’s important to note that the Vice-President executed not one, not two, not three, but a compensation ratifying five Pacino Maneuvers. In other words, the initiative to arrange the Custodian Chief’s historic damages isn’t too look good in the eyes of the world’s movers and shakers. It’s critical because of the function that wealth serves – both as a message of accountability for atrocities and to help rectify injustices.
The entirety of this next passage was made geo-relevant. The Vice-President effects a very protracted Brown Maneuver – the Napoleonic gesture. In addition to drawing attention to the fact that coalition partners are all drowning in historically massive debt, China’s the world’s banker and inextricably economically interconnected – all not in play during the Cold War – makes the imperialistic threat all the more difficult to successfully address.
[39:08: V-P: B.M.] [I]t's not enough to dig us out of a massive fiscal hole in which we find ourselves. It's a challenge that makes all others that much harder to solve [B-60 MM], and one that's been subject to a lot of political posturing.
So let me start the discussion of government spending by setting the record straight. At the beginning of the last decade, America had a budget surplus of over $200 billion. By the time I took office, we had a one year deficit of over $1 trillion and projected deficits of $8 trillion over the next decade. Most of this was the result of not paying for two wars, two tax cuts and an expensive prescription drug program. On top of that, the effects of the recession put a $3 trillion hole in our budget. That was before I walked in the door. [39:25: B.M. end; SNL M.] Just stating the facts.

The Vice-President red flags this remark with another Brown Maneuver (adding an SNL M. for emphasis), because it encompasses both what the coalition seeks in Canada and its leaders caused what has to be fixed.
I'm also calling on Congress to continue down the path of earmark reform. You have trimmed some of this spending. [47:53: V-P: B.M.] You’ve embraced some meaningful change. But restoring the public trust [SNL M.] demands more.
The Obama administration ties the importance in having democratic government with its national security and is frustrated over the fact that the Chinada High Command doesn’t get it – that the U.S. and its coalition partners will go to the ends of the Earth to protect that which is intrinsically valuable; and if that means effecting covert regime change and executing those who stand in their way with force, renditioning for ‘Iron Fist’ prosecution and impoverishing the rest, then so be it.
And on some issues, there are simply philosophical differences that will always cause us to part ways. These disagreements, about the role of government in our lives, about our national priorities and our national security, have been taking place for over 200 years. They are the very essence of our democracy. [49:13: V-P: 60 MM]. But what frustrates the American people…
The Vice-President begins and sustains a Soledad Maneuver throughout this next passage to add another instance of drawing a parallel between the Chinada threat and radical Islamist fundamentalism (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21) and underscore how resources are being mobilized to challenge the 21st century’s first imperialistic threat – one that makes al-Qaeda pale by comparison; a mosquito vs. a titan of a dragon. And he did so to red flag the scripted Taylor Swift reference to acknowledge how she’s become the paradigm of commitment in 2009 and thus earned the high honor of ‘Partner of the Year’.
[53:33: V-P: S.M.] Since the day I took office, we have renewed our focus on the terrorists who threaten our nation. We have made substantial investments in our homeland security and disrupted plots that threatened to take American lives. We are filling unacceptable gaps revealed by the failed Christmas attack, with better airline security and swifter action on our intelligence.


The Vice-President launches into a protracted George W. Maneuver during this passage, which, in addition to reminding everyone in on the other side of the ideological fence President Bush declared war against the Chinada High Command, red flags the danger posed by the 21st century’s WMDs – weapons of mental destruction. His aggressive scratching draws specific attention to the torture caused by stealth cognition technologies.
[57:36: V-P: G.W.M.] Even as we prosecute two wars, we are also confronting perhaps the greatest danger to the American people -- the threat of nuclear weapons.
The Vice-President’s combination Clooney-Federer-Erin Maneuver here is self-evident. But for those who have short memories, Canada’s political and corporate elite and the Chinese in some measure have become isolated within the community of nations (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7).
That is why North Korea now faces increased isolation and stronger sanctions -- sanctions that are being vigorously enforced. That is why the international community is [58:58: V-P: Cl.M-F-E.M.] more united, and the Islamic Republic of Iran is more isolated. And as Iran's leaders continue to ignore their obligations, there should be no doubt: They, too, will face growing consequences. That is a promise.



Clearly, heed has not been taken of the threat to effect punishing consequences on the malfeasant, both of the complicit and loyal kind.
This remark was also added, because it’s all about the fear that if Chinada remains unchecked institutionalized racism and bigotry of all kinds will spread throughout the world (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9).
We finally [1:02:19: V-P: Branson M.] strengthened our laws to protect against crimes driven by hate.
The U.S. administration wants it to be known that it is the values of America and, of course, the other coalition partners that drive the agenda; that they will work to ensure those who have public interest and ethical obligations are held to account for violating them.
In the end, it is our ideals, our values, that built America -- values that allowed us to forge a nation made up of immigrants from every corner of the globe; [1:03:50: Eva M.] values that drive our citizens still. Every day, Americans meet their responsibilities to their families and [V-P: Pfeiffer M.] their employers.


And with that came the end of the geo-portion of the State of the Union Address.
